Reporting To: Admin Manager / Branch Manager

To ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, visitors, company property, medical equipment, and premises by maintaining effective security measures and monitoring all entry and exit activities at the diagnostics center.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, patients, visitors, vendors, and other external personnel.
- Maintain visitor registers and verify visitor details before allowing entry.
- Ensure the safety and security of the diagnostics center, laboratory, equipment, and company assets.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas, laboratories, or sample processing sections.
- Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments or reception areas.
- Monitor vehicle parking and ensure proper parking arrangements.
- Conduct regular security rounds within the premises.
- Ensure proper opening and closing security procedures.
- Handle emergency situations and immediately inform the Branch Manager / Admin Manager.
- Prevent unauthorized removal of company property, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain discipline and ensure visitors follow the centre's rules and regulations.
- Support staff during emergency evacuations, fire safety situations, and other unforeseen incidents.
- Maintain daily security logs,



incident reports, and handover registers.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 10th / Intermediate qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in security services.
- Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, or healthcare facilities will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and visitor management is preferred.
