Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
- Check quantities, measurements, and contractor bills as per actual site execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and material requirement reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and construction equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate material testing and maintain quality documentation.




- Assist in project planning, cost control, and coordination with the project management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate or building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, civil construction, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and multiple construction activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
