Job Summary

Pulse Medi Care Hospital is looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard to maintain the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property. The candidate should be capable of monitoring hospital premises, controlling entry and exit, and responding promptly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor hospital entrances, exits, and premises to ensure safety and security.
- Verify and control the entry of visitors, patients, vendors, and other individuals.
- Maintain visitor registers and security logs accurately.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and basic guidance.
- Manage vehicle parking and traffic within hospital premises.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents.
- Support hospital staff during emergency evacuations and crowd management.
- Ensure the safety of hospital equipment, assets, and property.
- Report incidents, unusual activities, and security concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow hospital security procedures and maintain professional conduct at all times.





Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Previous experience as a security guard, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility, is an advantage.
- Good observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures is an advantage.
