Position: Engineer Trainee
Experience: Freshers (0 years)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma B.E (Mechanical Related),
Location: Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Salary growth based on performance)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyse vibration data from rotating equipment.
- Assist senior engineers in In-Situ Dynamic Balancing activities.
- Support equipment measurements, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Prepare technical datasheets, service reports, and balancing reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding technical clarifications and reports.
- Maintain accurate measurement records and project documentation.
- Follow customer-site safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Travel to customer locations for project execution as required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and rotating machinery.
- Interest in learning Vibration Analysis,



Condition Monitoring, and Dynamic Balancing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF documentation.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel to customer and industrial sites.
