NS Developers is looking for a customer-focused and well-organized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Balurghat, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach to customer service, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates regarding project progress, documentation, payments, and possession.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, records, booking details, and communication logs.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, documentation, and other customer requirements.
- Assist customers with property-related documentation and registration processes.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.




- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular CRM reports and maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage customer queries efficiently.
- Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or the real estate industry will be an advantage.
- A professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Salary & Benefits
