Profile 1 : Customer Service Executive - Voice Process (Freshers)

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹2.8 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 In-Hand) + Upto 3000 Night Shift Allowance

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and qualified resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines,



and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.
