- Operate CNC Turning, VMC, HMC and CNC Grinding machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T.;
- Set up machines, load tools and perform routine machine checks.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality standards.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Maintain production targets, machine safety and workplace discipline.
- Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
- Program CNC Turning, VMC, HMC and CNC Grinding machines as per requirements.
- Work with CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi.
- Use CAM software for toolpath generation and program optimization, wherever applicable.
- Read engineering drawings, GD&T; and select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Perform program testing, troubleshooting and cycle-time optimization.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure accuracy and productivity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
