Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR qualified for a leading industrial/manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, R&D;, sales and shop-floor positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction and performance management systems (PMS).
- Manage statutory compliance, including Factory Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour, PF and ESIC.
- Handle contractor management, attendance, biometric systems and time-office operations.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Coordinate with the QHSE team for workplace safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Identify training needs and organize employee skill development programs.




- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of factory HR operations and industrial relations.
- Practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in hiring for engineering and manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll and biometric attendance systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Gujarati communication skills and good corporate English.
