What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and troubleshooting
• Build and optimize solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Establish engineering standards, governance, security, and operational best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes ? What We're Looking For ✅ 10+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics ✅ 5+ years in Technical Leadership roles ✅ Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, SQL,



Python, and ETL/ELT ✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, and enterprise reporting solutions ✅ Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and production support ⭐ Nice to Have
• Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Fabric, Power BI)
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Life Sciences
