Responsibilities:
Manage Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, including: ActiveGate installation and configuration, OneAgent deployment and lifecycle management Configure monitoring for applications, services, databases, and infrastructure components. Design custom dashboards, management views, and reporting solutions. Configure alerting profiles and tune anomaly detection to minimize false positives. Perform performance analysis and root-cause investigations for complex application issues. Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and operations teams to improve application reliability and performance.



Develop automation using Shell/Python scripting and integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools and workflows Have knowledge of DQL and scripting Should know about Grail database Good to have knowledge on Terraform and CI/CD pipeline. Professional & Technical

• Experience in creating custom dashboards and alerting rules. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience in Dynatrace/Enterprise monitoring tools.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) are a plus.
• Good Understanding of ITIL Process
• Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification is highly preferred.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
