Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
-
• Handle end-to-end Technical & Non-Technical recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, iSmart, referrals, and headhunting.
• Resume screening, HR discussions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer management.
• Manage multiple and urgent hiring requirements.



HR Operations
-
• Handle employee queries and grievances.
• Manage onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams on HR-related matters. What We’re Looking For,
• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with robust recruitment exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, bold, and proactive personality.
