We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Department Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Role Overview The Team Lead – BPC will be the go-to person for a cluster of beauty advisors within the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating the team, and leading by example in sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.
• Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean,



and stocked at all times.
• Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.
• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches. Key Requirements
• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior sales associate role is preferred.
• Positive communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends.
