• Positive keyboard skills and well versed with MS-Office.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy. Experience 0–1-year experience US calling process will be an added advantage.

Job Description
The job involves conducting patient pay estimates, insurance verification and getting preauthorization for multiple specialties. Job Responsibilities
• Obtaining accurate information from insurance carriers
• Details obtained from the insurance should be within compliance.
• Decision making abilities while speaking to the Insurance representative. Desired Qualities Behavior: Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computers & Data entry.
