This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job Description:The Senior Consultant – PLM & Alfresco AMS will be responsible for providing application support, incident and problem resolution, workflow management, and continuous improvement for Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems. This role ensures stable operations, SLA adherence, and seamless coordination with business, platform, and development teams, with a strong focus on production support and user satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & OperationsAct as the primary point of contact for business users for PLM-related operational issuesProvide L2 support for Teamcenter PLM in production and non-production environmentsHandle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA/TATCommunicate clearly regarding incident status, risks, and resolution timelinesWorkflow & Process ManagementSupport and troubleshoot ECN, MCN, Release, and Change workflowsValidate ECN report generation (PDF/Word) and ensure data consistencyAssist users in correct process adoption and workflow executionIdentify process gaps and propose continuous improvement initiativesProblem Management & RCAPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issuesImplement or support permanent fixes through problem management processesTrack and report ticket trends, aging,
