- Plan and execute site activities according to project schedules and commitments.
- Coordinate piping installation, fabrication, erection and commissioning activities.
- Prepare site detailing documents and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate manpower mobilisation, site access and gate entry procedures.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
- Supervise piping fabrication, erection and installation activities.

- Coordinate material receipt and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) at client stores.
- Prepare site measurement sheets and obtain client approvals.
- Maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and project-related documentation.
- Submit welding, slope, hydro-testing, passivation and boroscopy documentation to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of installation progress, inspections and approvals.
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate safe working practices among site personnel and contractors.
- Work towards maintaining accident-free project sites.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology or Electrical Engineering.
