Employment Details
- Probation Period: Until 31st January.
- Shift: Fixed day shift or fixed night shift (non-rotational).
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided for both day and night shifts.
- Cab Charges: ₹1,800 chargeable.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible.
- Internship: Minimum 2 months of internship experience in US Taxation or US Payroll is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (10/10) are mandatory, as candidates will be supporting US employees.
- Microsoft Office: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Analytical Skills:
Valuable analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with US payroll activities and process various payroll components.
- Set up payroll deductions, including processing, final pay, garnishment, tax, and banking.
- Audit and validate pre-payrun and post-payrun reports.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Payroll requirements.
- Assist with non-core activities as part of the staff augmentation assignment.
