Job Title: Consultant – Import/Export & Supply Chain

Work Location: In‑person (Office visits twice a week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a consultant to guide the company in Import‑Export operations, Supply Chain Management, and related compliance areas. The consultant will provide expertise in documentation, insurance, customs, DGFT, and overall SCM practices, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on Import‑Export procedures and documentation
- Advise on overall supply chain processes including sourcing, logistics, and vendor management
- Support in regulatory compliance (DGFT, customs, insurance, statutory requirements)
- Assist in preparation and review of customs documents, shipping papers, and insurance claims
- Recommend best practices for inventory management and cost optimization
- Conduct periodic reviews and provide actionable insights to management





Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
- Proven experience in Import‑Export and SCM consulting, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of DGFT regulations, customs procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions

Engagement Terms

- Part‑time consultancy (2 office visits per week)
- Duration and compensation to be discussed during selection

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.0 – 20.0 per week
