Position: ERP Data Entry Executive

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Purpose of the Role

- Enter data in the ERP accurately and on time from documents given by the Project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter Indents / purchase requisitions in the ERP.
- Enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Enter material consumption, material issue and inter-site transfer entries.
- Verify quantity, unit, rate, item code and project / cost centre against supporting documents before entry.
- Coordinate with Project, Stores and Purchase teams for missing or incorrect documents.
- Complete entries within the daily / weekly cut-off set by the company.
- Maintain item, vendor and project master data only as authorised.
- Prepare basic ERP reports such as pending indents, pending GRNs and stock vs. consumption.
- File and maintain source documents properly for audit and reference.
- Support data clean-up and testing when ERP changes are made.

Educational Qualification





- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BMS / BBA / B.Sc preferred).
- Diploma / certificate in computer applications is an advantage.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years in data entry or ERP operations.
- Experience in construction, real estate or manufacturing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer aptitude may also be considered.

Skills Required

- Robust computer aptitude and good typing speed with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (filters, sorting, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, basic pivot tables) and MS Word.
- Knowledge of any ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the Indent - PO - GRN - Bill cycle is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
