About the Role

Designoweb Technologies is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth through innovative social media strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, and interactive activities.
- Improve audience reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers to execute content plans.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media trends.
- Maintain consistent brand communication and drive website traffic and business inquiries.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in social media strategy, management, or digital marketing.




- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and audience behavior.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and campaign planning skills.
- Experience with analytics, performance tracking, and competitor research.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B communication.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology companies is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous campaigns and results will be an advantage.
