About the Role

- UPONLY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, target-oriented and confident Sales / Business Development Executive to drive new business, generate leads, acquire clients and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- The role will involve direct sales of UPONLY's technology solutions as well as business development for fundraising/investment opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct sales, outbound calling, networking, referrals and lead generation.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and sell UPONLY Technologies' products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain a proper sales pipeline and regularly update lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demonstrations, onboarding and client support.
- Identify new markets,



industries and business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships and referral networks
- Fundraising & Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential investors, HNIs, businesses and prospective funding partners.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking and referrals.
- Explain the company's fundraising/investment opportunity professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors.
- Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate meetings.
- Support the fundraising team in converting qualified prospects
- Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- . Good presentation and pitching skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and direct sales Insurance

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
