Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Identify and connect with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and infrastructure companies.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order confirmation.
- Visit project sites and meet clients to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and enquiry records.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in sales,



preferably in civil construction or precast concrete products.
- Good understanding of civil engineering drawings and construction materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
