Hiring: Construction Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer (Civil+Interior)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer to handle quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material costing and project estimation for residential, commercial, showroom and office interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and interpret interior design, furniture and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Estimate quantities for modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes and partitions.
- Calculate material requirements for plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass and other finishes.
- Prepare item-wise rate analysis, labour costing and project estimates.
- Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Verify contractor bills and actual site measurements.




- Monitor project budgets, material wastage and cost variations.
- Coordinate with design and site execution teams.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior estimation and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture and joinery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Ability to independently prepare complete interior project estimates.

Preferred Skills

Experience in turnkey residential, commercial, showroom and office interior projects.
