Series Tours provides cabs, SUVs and tempo travellers for tourists visiting Kerala from all over India. We are hiring a Reservation Executive for our office at Nedumbassery, near Cochin Airport.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹29,000 per month (based on experience) + monthly incentive on booking profits
Working hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, 6 days a week

Responsibilities

- Answer customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries from across India
- Understand the trip (dates, places, guests, luggage) and suggest the right vehicle
- Prepare and send quotes quickly using our booking software
- Follow up on pending quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
- Confirm bookings and collect advance payments
- Assign vehicles and share trip details with drivers and guests on WhatsApp
- Coordinate with drivers during trips and handle customer requests
- Keep every enquiry and booking updated in the system

Requirements

- Fluent spoken Hindi and English (must)
- Basic computer skills: comfortable typing,



using WhatsApp Web and working in online software
- Clear, polite phone manner
- Knowledge of Kerala tourist places is an advantage
- Call centre, travel, hotel or car rental experience preferred; freshers with robust Hindi and English welcome
