Senior Marketing ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can independently handle digital marketing and lead generation for the company.

The role is primarily focused on generating high-quality leads through paid and organic channels, managing social media, improving SEO, and bringing new marketing ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate leads organically through SEO, backlinks, content, social media, and other strategies.
- Work on on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and backlink building.
- Monitor performance through Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram content, posts, campaigns, and engagement.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva.
- Track lead quality, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign performance.




- Research competitors and regularly suggest new marketing and lead-generation ideas.
- Coordinate with leads when required. Successful lead conversions may earn additional incentives.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, backlinks, and organic lead generation.
- Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and social media management.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Should be proactive, creative, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
