BrickBold is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote its real estate portal and BB Services marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business leads, promoting property listing packages, and expanding the company's network of property owners, real estate agents, builders, and construction service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through telecalling, online research, networking, and field marketing.
- Promote BrickBold's real estate portal to property buyers, sellers, owners, brokers, and builders.
- Convince customers to register and list their properties on BrickBold.
- Promote paid listing packages, advertising opportunities, and portal services.
- Develop business relationships with real estate professionals and construction service providers.
- Promote BB Services, including construction materials, contractors, interior designers, and related services.




- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and local promotional activities.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily activity records.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and real estate is an advantage.
