Role

We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR activities and independently handle HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, and other employee-related documents.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with employees regarding HR matters.
- Coordinate with the Head HR for HR requirements, approvals, and updates.
- Coordinate payroll-related information and employee data.




- Handle performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Maintain recruitment and HR trackers and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Should be from the same field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, HRMS, documentation, and general HR operations. Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per experience and interview
