About the Role

ICEBERG is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing / Sales Manager to lead marketing initiatives, develop sales opportunities, expand the customer base, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong marketing and sales experience, excellent client-handling skills, and practical knowledge of inventory management, Tally, and sales-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads, acquire new customers, and support business expansion.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and achieve business targets.

Team & Operational Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, accounts, inventory, and other departments.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory planning based on market demand.
- Support purchase planning and monitor stock movement.
- Ensure proper coordination between sales activities, stock records, and billing.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and business opportunities.

Inventory & Accounting Systems





- Maintain a working understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Use Tally for inventory, sales, purchase, and billing-related activities.
- Review stock reports and coordinate with the accounts team to resolve discrepancies.
- Use MS Excel for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development within a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales development, and customer relationship management.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management and Tally.
- Good negotiation, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

- Results-oriented with a robust business and commercial understanding.
- Experience coordinating marketing, sales, accounts, and inventory operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and report progress to management.
- Focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.
