We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist & Meta Ad Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, understands conversion-focused marketing, and can manage budgets while delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Expertise in Maximize Clicks, Maximize Conversion Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Write compelling ad copies and A/B test ads regularly
- Manage bids, budgets, and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with SEO and design teams
- Monitor Quality Scores, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports




- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies

Content & Optimization

- Work closely with content writers to optimize blogs and landing pages for SEO.
- Ensure content aligns with search intent and conversion goals.
- Optimize content for AI search, featured snippets, and zero-click results.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
- Proficiency in keyword research and audience targeting
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of conversion tracking and funnel optimization
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
