Position Overview

Zorba Estates is hiring Field Executives to support our property sourcing and on-ground operations across Bengaluru.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy travelling, meeting new people and exploring different locations. The primary focus is to find properties available for sale or rent, visit the locations, collect property information and provide updates to the internal team.

Key Areas of Work

1. Property Identification

- Explore assigned locations to find residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Identify new property opportunities by visiting different streets, layouts and localities.
- Connect with property owners to understand property availability.

2. Property Visits & Information Collection

- Visit identified properties and collect relevant information.
- Take clear photographs of the property, complete building and surrounding location.
- Record property details such as size, expected price, location and availability.




- Collect owner contact details for further coordination.

3. Team Coordination

- Share property photographs and collected information with the respective internal team.
- Provide regular updates about newly identified properties.
- Coordinate with team members regarding property availability and updates.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Comfortable travelling across assigned locations in Bengaluru.
- Interested in outdoor work rather than a desk-based job.
- Good communication and basic coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, active and responsible.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000.
