Position: Freelance HR Recruiter / Recruitment Partner
Work Mode: Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Role & Responsibilities:

- Fulfil company job vacancies through recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Use personal contacts, skilled networks, WhatsApp groups, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with HR.
- Follow up with candidates until the selection process is completed.

Requirements:

- Prior recruitment, placement consultancy, or HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong personal and qualified networks.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
