- Handle procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil and project-related materials.
- Identify and develop vendors, obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on material delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project, design, stores and site teams to understand material requirements.
- Compare quotations and evaluate vendors based on price, quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project specifications.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, material replacement and payment follow-ups.
