Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to support our engineering and technical operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in mechanical design, production activities, equipment installation, maintenance, quality inspection, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and mechanical equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in daily mechanical engineering activities.
- Read, understand, and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Support mechanical design, drafting, and development activities.
- Monitor manufacturing and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in machine installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct basic quality inspections of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Ensure that materials, components, and equipment meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Identify mechanical issues and report them to senior engineers.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and engineering standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T; fundamentals.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machining operations.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and machine elements.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Reporting To: Senior Mechanical Engineer / Engineering Manager

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
