JOB DESCRIPTION

3D ViSiON is an architecture and design studio in Bhubaneswar, working with government departments and public agencies. We deliver civic buildings, water infrastructure and public spaces, each designed from a careful study of its site and built to serve the community for decades.

We are looking for an Estimator to prepare quantities and cost estimates for our design projects. You will work with our architects and engineers, from concept stage through to tender documents.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis
- Revise estimates as designs develop
- Support the preparation of DPRs and tender documents
- Check quantities and keep estimate records organised

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required)




- Good understanding of buildings and building drawings (required)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (must have)
- Experience as an estimator is an advantage
- Careful, accurate and able to meet deadlines
