About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to improve the post-purchase experience, build strong customer relationships, and gather valuable feedback. The candidate will engage with customers, understand their product experiences, and help improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers after purchase to understand their product experience and satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and product improvement suggestions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage authentic brand advocacy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve customer experience.
- Track customer engagement, feedback, and satisfaction through regular reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Customer-centric attitude, patience, and a professional approach.
