Roles & Responsibilities.

Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.

- Review stock levels and coordinate with vendors to prevent shortages or overstocking.

- Ensure store appearance aligns with guidelines and visual merchandising standards.

- Optimise store layout and product placement for maximum customer engagement.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling sales strategies.

- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure in-store marketing materials are updated.

- Develop and enforce policies to enhance employee productivity and efficiency.

- Track store performance using KPIs, sales reports, and profit margins.

- Ensure a high level of cleanliness, organisation, and store safety.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
