- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare client bills, invoices, and running account (RA) bills as per project requirements.
- BOQ Preparation: Prepare and review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including measurements, quantities, and rates.
- Quantity Estimation: Calculate material quantities and project costs based on drawings and site measurements.
- Site Visits & Measurements: Visit project sites to verify work progress, measurements, and completed quantities.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Documentation: Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and identify variations between estimated and actual costs.
- Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with the accounts team and clients to track invoice submissions and payment status.
- Extra Item Billing: Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for additional items or variations in project scope.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
