Job Description – Junior Nurse(Women Candidates only)

Position: Junior Nurse

Job Purpose

To provide efficient nursing and clinical support to doctors, ensure smooth patient care, maintain clinical hygiene and assist with dermatology and aesthetic procedures in accordance with clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Clinical Assistance

- Assist doctors during consultations, dermatological procedures and aesthetic treatments
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain basic pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Monitor patient comfort and provide appropriate assistance throughout treatments.
- Ensure timely patient preparation and smooth patient flow.

2. Procedure & Treatment Assistance

- Assist with dermatology procedures, laser treatments, facials and other aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and consumables before procedures.
- Ensure all required instruments and materials are readily available.
- Follow doctor-prescribed protocols and clinical instructions.

3. Infection Control & Hygiene

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms.
- Ensure proper sterilisation and disinfection of instruments and equipment.
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste disposal and safety protocols.
- Ensure treatment beds, trolleys and equipment are cleaned between patients.

4. Clinical Documentation

- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and nursing documentation.
- Record procedure details and consumables used, wherever required.
- Ensure patient consent forms and relevant clinical documentation are completed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

5. Equipment & Inventory Management

- Check availability of clinical consumables and treatment supplies.




- Inform the senior nurse about low stock and replenishment requirements.
- Handle clinical equipment carefully and report any malfunction.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines, consumables and equipment.

6. Patient Experience & Coordination

- Maintain a professional, courteous and reassuring approach towards patients.
- Coordinate with reception and other clinic team members for smooth patient movement.
- Assist patients with post-procedure care instructions as directed by the doctor.
- Escalate patient concerns or adverse reactions to the doctor immediately.

Qualifications & Experience

- GNM / ANM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration
- 0–2 years of experience OR freshers may also apply.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology or aesthetic clinics will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and clinical procedures.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
