Job Summary

New Swan Group is looking for an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and plant managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
- Coordinate with plant HR and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of HR experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in plant-level hiring and manufacturing manpower recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 2 days are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
