Position: Assistant HR Manager

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support our Human Resources operations and help build a productive, professional, and employee-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle salary structures, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Manage statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable payroll requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, payslips, and employee records.
- Coordinate full and final settlements, employee reimbursements, and payroll queries.
- Reconcile payroll data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with finance and management for payroll reporting and compliance.

✅ Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a responsible and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
