Job Description – Barista

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
- Monitor stock and report shortages.
- Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista.
- Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Experience in operating espresso machines and grinders.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and grooming standards.
