We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement. This role offers an opportunity to understand end-to-end HR functions while working closely with the HR team in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- HR Operations: Support employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR database management.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and maintaining HR-related reports.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, offer letters, joining documents, and other HR-related records.
- Coordination: Coordinate with candidates, employees, and reporting managers for day-to-day HR activities.

Assist in preparing recruitment trackers, employee reports, and other HR MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with attention to detail.
