- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the integration of current technologies and methodologies to improve application performance and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and deployment of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong knowledge of application design and development principles within IBM AS/400 environments.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining legacy and custom-built software applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with database management and data processing on IBM AS/400 platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
