Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Construction

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our construction projects and teams, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and RA bills.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Maintain quality standards and site safety.
- Lead project managers, engineers, and site staff.
- Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 15 plus years of experience in construction.
- Experience in large residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of project planning, costing, contracts, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and ERP software.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month(Negotiable)

Work Location: On-site (Ernakulam)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
