Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop new customers and generate sales for our industrial and engineering products, including laser machine spare parts, laser cutting/marking/welding consumables and related industrial components.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
- Visit industries, factories, fabricators and engineering companies.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Service, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales enquiry records.




- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing and products.
- Follow up for payment and order completion.
- Travel locally and to customer locations when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Engineering Sales preferred.
- Experience in laser machines, CNC, automation, SPM, fabrication or industrial machinery will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Should be confident in customer handling and field sales.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence if required for field visits.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives can be provided.
