We are urgently hiring an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for banking field operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, finance sector experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
- Education: Graduation Mandatory
- Experience: 2–4 Years in Banking or Finance
- Previous team-handling experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to achieve assigned targets
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise banking field executives.
- Monitor daily field activities and team performance.
- Ensure achievement of assigned banking targets.
- Manage customer acquisition and bank account opening activities.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve productivity.
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
- Duty Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
