We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Mining Engineer to join our Mining Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day mining activities, ensuring safe and effective extraction of minerals, monitoring production targets, and maintaining compliance with mining regulations and safety standards.

. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily mining operations, including drilling, blasting, excavation and transportation.
- Monitor coal, iron ore and other mineral extraction activities.
- Support mine planning, production scheduling and equipment utilization.
- Supervise loading, unloading and transportation of minerals.
- Monitor deployment and performance of heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM).
- Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines and mining safety regulations.




- Conduct regular workplace inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports and operational records.
- Coordinate with mining supervisors, safety officers and maintenance teams.
- Assist in preparing mine plans, surveying and operational documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of PPE, permit-to-work and safety procedures.
- Support productivity improvement and cost-control initiatives.

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
