Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Counsel students about courses, fees and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and student-handling abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
