Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for communication, a pleasant phone etiquette, and a genuine interest in building relationships with potential clients. This role primarily involves making cold calls and following up with leads to create recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling customer enquiries.
- Contacting potential customers through phone calls.
- Explaining basic business opportunities.
- Generating customer leads.
- Scheduling appointments for Relationship Managers.
- Following up with interested customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification:



Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable with making cold calls.
- Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
