We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to design, coordinate and execute the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our projects, keeping every space safe, effective and within building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review heating/cooling (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
- Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, schematics and shop drawings.
- Calculate heat load, electrical load, water demand and drainage sizes.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Work with architects, interior designers and structural teams to fix any clashes between services.
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning on site.
- Review vendor submittals and make sure work meets NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA and IS standards.
- Track quality, safety and progress, and prepare site reports.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
