Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in Application Modernization, Platform Engineering and Application Development, with at least 8 years leading software engineering standards, a center of excellence, or a similar practice at scale.
- Deep, hands-on experience building software with AI-native and agentic development tools, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and agentic delivery workflows.
- Strong background in contemporary software engineering, including cloud-native architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to build a practice with its own pipeline and revenue, not just an internal capability.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to represent HCLTech to clients, partners, and industry forums.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineerin from a top tier institution.
- Relevant certifications in cloud, AI and Software Engineering
